Homechoice Customer Service - Pathetic

It has already costed me my time, money and effort on NUMEROUS occassions to try and resolve this matter... I have spoken to countless people at Homechoice and they keep saying the same thing or sending a generic response... It is really a simple matter of e-mailing my paid up letter to me... Not rocket science at all... I mean how difficult can that possibly get?!. I already have an e-mail from Busisiwe Tunzi confirming that my account is paid in full... I just require a paid up letter which is within my legal right!. Why is it such an ordeal?!.

So it seems that Homechoice has tried contacting me via telephone and since I have "True Caller" Homechoice is considered "Spam" and their numbers are automatically "Blocked" by True Caller... There is really nothing further to discuss!. I literally only require my paid up letter to be e-mailed to me... I do believe my details are on your system since I'm still receiving statements even though my account is paid in full... Which is exactly my concern and issue with Homechoice... The people employed there clearly have no idea what they're doing and yet they still get paid - To mess up!!!. I detest repeating myself and this back and forth is really very tiresome, frustrating, time consuming and pointless!!!. It seems that a clear and simple instruction can not be adhered to or comp**** with, so I'm clearly and simply stating that if this persists as it clearly has, I will no longer communicate as I have been decent enough to do thus far and that my lawyer would then take this matter further, legally!.
