HOMECHOICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT

Homechoice...very fast to call for telemarketing, but cannot assist with queries for paid items. I have sent the proof of payments on several occasions for 3 x 4 piece fay sheet sets...only received ONE? how does this work? Can someone please tell me when these items will be delivered? They are gifts, and I need it before this weekend! I have even emphasized this with the call-centre agent, who promised to look into the matter. She did not revert back to me. Also delivered one of the sets in the wrong color, I ordered cream/white sets, received orange instead. Please deliver TWO CREAM SHEET SETS PLEASE. BEFORE THIS WEEKEND....
