Homechoice ****** that sell Fong Kong items-**********

I bought Ophelia duvet cover worth R1,299.01, After 1 wash the fabric was torn returned back to homechoice it got stitched twice but still the same. After numerous calls and complaints I'm told there is nothing they can do the issue is with the fabric and it's the manufactures problem. Then what must i do if you buy from unreliable manufacture, why must it be my problem. I'm tired of being told i will get a call and it will be investigated but still come back and told i wont be credited. Are you now selling chinese items because i would have gone straight to china town and buy way cheaper and stich it myself if its torn, but the fact that i bought it at homechoice is more disgusting. The service i have been receiving does not match your name, FIX THIS BEFORE I TAKE FURTHURE ACTION. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR CREDIT .
