Homechoice credit blocked/removed for no reason

I keep asking Homechoice why my credit dissapeared in my acc after they confirmed it was wrong and now i get told the credit bureau stopped my credit with Homechoice which i think is a load of *******. I checked my credit profile amd all perfect witj score of 653 and "Good" status....zero defaults or anything. My acc with homechoice has balance of R200....all payments go off via debit order so how on earth can R23784 credit just vanish???? I cannot get someone competent from homechoice to call me so we can resolve this. I have emailed all addresses numerous times and still they cannot resolve this. What is going on Homechoice???????
