Homechoice - Credit Account

Good day,

It looks like the only way to receive the attention one to deserve being a loyal client with Homechoice is to complain on here. Ordered stock, received wrong size, sent it back, now waiting for homechoice to credit my account,meanwhile receiving messages to pay the outstanding balance otherwise bad credit rating.

Can someone please credit my account with immediate effect?
