Homechoice **** Service..A no go

Homechoice service is pathetic,they call you on a daily basis to offer you products,but once they have the sale the service stops,I placed an order and have been waiting for a month now,when I call the agents are rude,they tell me theres no stock,the next day another agent tells me there is stock,later the day theres no stock again....the agent's are very very rude,they do not want to put you through to rate their service,hang up on you before you get their details,do not say goodbye then leave the phone on and go on with their business.I am warning everybody rather go to a shop where you will get the assistance you need stay away from homechoice,up untill the sale is made you will get excellent service,but after the sale is made,expect HELL,this is definitely my last ever order with homechoice
