Homechoice continuing to charge me for a ********** activity I reported a day after it occurred!

Two months after I reported a ********** activity on my account, homechoice went ahead and dispatched the parcel, not only that but they're now sending me statement with interest for non payment. I raised the issue a day after someone tried using my account but still they went ahead delivering. Now two months later I am told they are waiting for fast and furious to bring the parcel back, question is why did they dispatch it in the first place l? The person responsible for their account on hello Peter only say they will investigate and that's abou t the last thing you will ever get. May you please clear my name and shut the account as I have requested, obviously you don't value my business.
