Homechoice consultants are clueless

The company policy on returning items says they should be in the original packaging not postal packaging. Now they don't want to accept to return the duvet sets that i bought cash. Some of the consultants are rude and useless and not clued up. One tells me one thing, another one tells me different thing. One says they can collect, some say i have to return to the store. Pls all i want is to have my money back and you collect your duvets... definitely not as shown on the website, which is *****. How difficult can it be to return items in SA now. This company is ****. Pls close down and we won't miss you!!!
