Homechoice complaint

I bought a phone in August,but was faulty so I had to return it at Homechoice in Govan Mbeki, PE.I went to check my phone in November in anticipation of collecting it and only to be told that it was still there. They had **** that it had gone for repairs.A Courier was sent from Cape Town but they refused to give them for their own reasons. In December I went there again,but I was told to come early January. Today I was there and again they told me there was nothing they can help me with bcz their machines were offline. I believe they no longer have my phone. The Manager and staff have been rude and at times lying to me.I am paying for phone since October
