homechoice cant seem to help with acc balans

<p>I have an acc at homechoice. I have noticed before that that balans stay the same but though it was just a mistake. Sins last year December m acc balans have stayed the same even though I make payment. I have phoned and faxed so many times the bank statements this month. Now they tell me I have a wrong fax Nom and gave m another 1 that also just keep saying bizzy. Yesterday I got an SMS saying I must make imamate payment witch bay the way I made just before I got the SMS. But they still don't seem to be able to fix m balans with all the payments of this year. And it seems to much work for them just to post a acc statement witch I asked for sins I got theacc so that I can check all m payments and balanses. Pls can any one help m 1 don't know wat to do any more</p>
