Homechoice Call Center is Rude

Rude, ***********, call agents. Homechoice delivers two beds when we ordered only one The invoice shows a quantity of one but charged double the amount. I tried to explain this 5 times but they don't understand. I explain to the lady that we can't keep the other bed at our place for 14days (their return policy) as we live in a small apartment. She tells me that it's not her problem and that is their policy. She goes on and raises her voice saying that if the bed that we are returning is not in a good condition, they will not accept it.
