HOMECHOICE... BUT OF *******!!!
What bunch of *******!! Friday, 27 January 10:36 am they received my return! Its been 3 months of hell with them. Pushed from pillar to post and NO ONE gets back to you. But yet they will deduct every single month without fail, and call you every month for promotions and orders. But when it comes to the customer service... Non existent is even an over statement. They pretend they cant hear you. They tell you to call back the next day. Every Tuesday "They get in the replacement units" and every Tuesday there is a STORY!! DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOMECHOICE. Ive used them for years and supported them for years and this has put a sour taste in my mouth and would NEVER recommend them EVER!

31 May 2023, 14:42For 3 months HomeChoice does not bother. Out a complaint on Social Media and Hello Peter and someone phones immediately. Until i get my replacement i do not believe a word anyone says to me from HomeChoice.
