Homechoice billing for goods I did not receive

My name is Mendi from Katlehong, Gauteng. In October 2016 I ordered four blankets (which includes 2 free blankets) from Homechoice on credit. A delivery came about 3 weeks later to my workplace (Actom, in Knights, Gemiston) which was the incorrect order (only 1 blanket was delivered in a box). I told the delivery man to return with the incorrect order and redeliver the goods that I had ordered. The delivery man instructed me to emediately contact Homechoice telling them that he has returned with the incorrect order back to Homechoice, which I did. I contacted Homechoise and they told me that the order would be cancelled and that I would have to place another order for the blankets again. I didn't place another order for the blankets and thought the matter was done with. Since October 2016 I have been receiving monthly account statements from Homechoice stating that I need to make payments for the order of blankets. I ignored these thinking it was a mistake on their part knowing that I had informed them telephonically of my returning the incorrect order. Since then I had been receiving numerous phone calls from Homechoice asking when I will be making payment and that my account has been handed to their attorneys. I explained every time that I did not receive any goods and that I had returned their incorrect order AND notified them off this. I fear that this will affect my credit record. I demand that Homechoice look into this matter as I refuse to pay for goods I have not received. I need this to be sorted out.
