Homechoice - bill with no delivery

I placed an order with Homechoice and was told I will get a call when my goods will be delivered. I received no call. My order was returned but I was not informed about delivery and now I have been billed but have no goods.

Homechoice, this is my first order with you and I am not happy with the service. Please sort this as I have sent an e-mail but no-one has had the decency to respond to the mail.

I love your quality range of items and hence I chose you as my supplier but this kind of service is really appalling.
