Homechoice: because it's not your choice

Shoo, when I look at the other reviews, mine feels like its a drop in the ocean. All I want is my account closed, removed from your records. I have initiated the account closure by settling my account but have been informed that this is not the way Homechoice does business. Your "Customer Success Specialist" (very laughable job title) has not been a specialist toward my success as a customer. I hope to hear from you soon.
