Homechoice balance keep on going up

Hi my name is Ledibo Rampa . I have finished paying homechoice and last balance was R10..Ever since I kept getting messages that I owe then R16 and to my knowledge I finished their debts..Please help me I am a pensioner and I cant keep doing this..
