Homechoice = badchoice!

Homechoice offers free gifts and 2 for 1 purchase specials, buyers beware!!! They do not honor these daily deals and when queries are made by you, they insist on a screen shot of the deal.... The problem with this is that a daily deal only appears for a day, by the time you receive your delivery 3-5+ days later, only then discovering that your freebe or gift isn't there, it's too late to aquire a screenshot. You begin calling them to try explain this issue but they hang up on you repeatedly and nothing gets done. They apparently need you to prove what they should have recorded on their systems.... Why they refuse to check is the big question???
