Homechoice bad service

I did an online purchase for a bedding at home choice on the 27 of November and requested to be delivered at my place, today their courier company phoned me at 06:20 am telling me to come fetch my bedding 3km away from where I'm staying because they don't do home deliveries.

I am so angry because the guy is saying they are taking the parcel back now, I am going to work now how am I suppose to get there and I would have not purchased from them if I knew they don't do deliveries.

I want my money back because their service is bad
