Homechoice bad customer service
So I am waiting for my refund and it was logged on the 2 Dec.... It is now the 17 Dec still no refund so I phone customer service and the lady puts me on hold so she can check something. 10 mins later I am still on hold and my airtime ran out. Definitely do not recommend Homechoice.
