Homechoice Bad Customer Service

I order shoes on the 14 May, I phoned 9th June to find out why not received, I was told it's in Johannesburg, I asked for the tracking number and phoned the courier service myself where I was told they can't find the parcel, it'extremely sad that I have to phone and chase up my own shipment, I will wait until Friday if nothing received I will cancel order and close account with Homechoice.
