With regards to my dilemma about getting my mattress minus the base. I received a call on Saturday the lady is telling me that they never received my email with my affidavit on the 6th January only received it on 27th January. I told that I have the email with the date and time originally sent. Furthermore she told me they still have to look into the matter with Dispute and ***** Department. Then she told me it had been delivered on 20th December 2019 and I had signed for it. I told yes I had signed and only received the mattress with 2 of 3 gifts. Anthony took the phone from me and said that him as well as other people that was at my house when just the mattress was delivered minus the base for the bed. He gave me back the phone and said she cannot give me a time frame as to when this will be resolved. It is now almost 2 months this is still going on. Still reflected on my account the complete bed???? UNBELIEVABLE WHAT ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH TO GET WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR. STILL NO BASE.
