I bought Arabella 3pc 3ply 4kg double mink blanket combo at homechoice on the 05/10/2020. It was delivered with the invoice of R2090.45. The parcel no is PFS***3. It was dispatched at 3:30:35PM. I have already paid R2100 and last paid was on the 03/08/2021. I received sms recently said I'm owing homechoice and my account is in arrears of R1342.71. I requested a statement from them, they refuse to provide me with one. Instead their lawyers Shapiro Shaik debt collectors harassing me for not paying the account. According to me I have paid up the account. I have prove of payment. I need clarity because my name is dented under credit bureau. If they don't want to provide me with statement which means there is motive behind.
