Homechoice avoiding processing returns!

I regret not reading the reviews about this **** of a company before purchasing anything. I bought and received an item that was not 100% in line with what was advertised. I logged a return and was asked to send pics. I sent the pics to a whatsapp number over a month ago but everytime I call they say they are waiting for me to send pics before the return can be processed?! The person managing their whatsapp definitely received my pics because I received a reply to my first message but for some reason, the idiot is not doing his job and logging my pics. And now because of their incompetence, my return isn't being processed. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I keep calling every few days but it's always the same bull**** about waiting for pics even though it was sent and received ages ago and resent multiple times. I am tired of having the same conversation every single time with nothing being done. Can't even speak to a manager. I'm told it's escalated but nothing happens. This is clearly a company that wants to **** people by avoiding returns so that they don't have to process refunds. Surely a registered company cannot get away with this!?
