Homechoice at it again

Last year I had a problem with Homechoice regarding an order that they said was dispatched to me that never arrived for months, and then I had to fight to get the product which I never received off my account with them.

Last week I checked my Credit Report and lo and behold, Homechoice decided that because I made an issue on Hello Peter regarding their service, they will do 5 credit checks on my name from Sept 2022 till February 2023, just because they can, as I can get no legitimate answer as to why the checks were done, knowing full well that it has adverse affects on my credit rating.

So hopefully now because I once again had to revert to posting on Hello Peter, I might actually get an answer, as well as Homechoice requesting the credit bureau to remove their checks from my reports. I find this all so distateful.
