I had an account with homechoice that I paid up and requested that it be closed in 2017. I was surprised to find out from the credit bureau that the account was never closed and there is an owing balance which is negatively affecting my score. In the first place, when I settled the account I paid more than what I was owing and now this???! I demand that this account be closed and my credit record be positively updated otherwise I am taking legal action. And stop calling me I will never buy from this ********** again!!!!!

I have tried to log in but I receive an error message when I try, are you not able to assist me since this is not my fault? I settled all the balances I had and requested my accounts to be closed but somehow you kept my account open and now I have this accumulated balance that is affecting my credit score. I demand that you write off that balance and send me a letter that confirms that I do not owe you, positively update my credit records and have no further communication with me. Failure to do so will result in legal action and a report to the credit ombudsman.
