Homechoice are ******s

I bought a 23 piece comfort set and paid cash on 22 December 2020, in January I received an sms saying my parcel was delivered and signed by a 3rd party. I phoned homechoice to tell them I didn't receive any parcel from them. They asked me to send an affidavit and I did.

No one entertained me after sending the affidavit. I made several phone calls and emailing, no one was able to help until I contacted Fast n Furious to help me track my parcel.

I finally received a parcel in March 2021, but it was not what I've ordered. I returned the parcel and homechoice confirmed that they received the parcel.

When I asked for a refund in May 2021, I was told I will not get it because there's a blanket that I didn't return. I don't know anything about the blanket. I never ordered it.

Homechoice is robbing people's money. They are ********.
