Good day

I bought a microwave from Homechoice a year ago, it hasn't been 12 months but it stopped working, I contacted them to come collect it for repairs they did that without hesitatation. Now it has been three months they are failing to bring it back. They always make empty promises to call me back they never do. Everytime I call, they promises to get back to me and they don't. I am now living without a microwave that I paid in full. The level of unprofessionalism in this store is disgusting. Stay away from Home choice
