Homechoice and VVM harrassment

So an account was **********ly opened at Homechoice. I am getting harassed by your debt collectors VVM who clearly dont listen that was ***** was committed using my details. Nevermind the fact that i have sent Homechoice Police Affidavit and copy of my id. And huh customer service forget i still cant get a hold of their ***** dept which makes me wonder whats the big deal behind this. Homechoice remove me from your records i never opened an account with you and tell VVM to stop harassing me and my family.
