Homechoice account opened **********LY in my name

So someone opened an account with Homechoice...**********LY in my name and bought some goods with that account and they debited my bank account, but I never open an account, sign up and never submitted any documents for CPA with Homechoice.

Now I escalated the matter with them, but the is no feedback and that account is still active according to my credit report, which means that ********* can come back and buy goods in my name again and they will still debit my account again with out my permission, DAY LIGHT ******* by Homechoice.

Which means anyone can open an with Homechoice with out following any CPA regulations or documents on their side, putting innocent people in debt that they did not apply for.
