Homechoice- A Gate Way For Identity Theft

I am disappointed in this company, because their system or employees make it easy for identity cleft. I found out this year that an account on my name(***) was opened at Homechoice last year September. I was contacted by a company appointed by Homechoice, its name is Hammondpole. I explained to them that I have never opened a Homechoice account nor have I ever shopped at Homechoice.

Hammondpole asked that I make an affidavit and email to them stating this declaration, which I did on 13 June 2019. To date I have not heard anything about the investigation or any update on my complain.

I checked my credit record and this Homechoice account its still showing and my credit record is affected negatively.

Homechoice is poor in verifying people opening accounts and unfortunately they putting innocent people at risk of identity cleft.

Please verify this matter or will keep complaining
