Homechoice a failure

Am extremely angry and disgusted with how homechoice has treated us.Some people ordered staff **********ly using my ID. I informed homechoice after my bank notified me of this, they asked for my ID and police affidavit and no one has since assisted me. The worst thing is that it's affecting my credit record now. Have tried to contact their ***** department after l sent all the docs they needed and no one has since contacted it tried to assist.
