Homechoice-a call centre or a harrassment center?

I've been receiving calls looking for my nephew, who used me as his next of kin to acquire an account. Since the young man is mentally handicapped, I explained this to the call centre, gave them the mother's number who took over the whole matter. Now they are harrassing both the mother and myself even though I asked to be removed from their contacts. On the worst day, I have received a maximum of 5 calls. This has got to stop.
