Homechoice *****

I received sms's from Homechoice regarding an order. Since I didn't place an order I immediately contacted Homechoise and reported it as *****. When I requested a rwcirding of the order, which was done telephonically, I was told that I am not allowed without a subpoena. Which is not acceptable. The value of items that was ordered was nearly R40000. Homechoice said they will investigate, but mot giving me the option to pursue ******** charges, is depriving me of my right and protection against *****ulent activities on my account. I asked to close the account then since it was not secure and would have been liable for the payment of the items
