I have never purchased anything from this online business and yet they’re debiting my account without authorization for purchases I never made I have tried calling them several times and I get transferred from one person to the next and eventually just get cut off Clearly my personal and banking information is being used *****ulently I have told them numerous times I haven’t purchased anything Why doesn’t this business have better controls Where are these purchases being delivered Why don’t they investigate Just today I received a call from a lady claiming to be from Homechoice from this number *** All I did was answer the phone and then I receive a message saying my banking details have been updated as per my request I did not request anything I actually just cut the call because it was just too noisy I have now reported the matter to the police to investigate HomeChoice act more responsibly
