Homechoice

I made an order a month ago and I was told that delivery will be made within 7-14 days but I didn't receive it. I made a call to find out about it but I was told that my delivery is already in my town but even today nothing has been delivered and the worst part is that homechoice debited from my account though I haven't received my order. I even called in to cancel this order but still nothing happened
