Homechoice

I have made an order at homechoice and when l called to query delivery 10days later l am told it had already been delivered to my address but l haven't received anything and I was never contacted by their courier services on my number. Then l was told that my matter would be handed to the ***** department and they don't know how long it will take to resolve the matter. I have since received nothing to show such as a case number or so l'm so disappointed in homechoice and also very stressed about what's next
