I have made an order on 05 January 2022, on the 08 jan 2022 I was told that my order is ready for collection. I went same day to collect my parcel. When i got home, i took it out of the box only to found out that i have a bend at the back. i took it it back to the store and they told me that is factory fault. Tjey took it back for replacement and they told me that is gonna take 5to 7 weeking days to get a replacement and i was fine wth that. Until i didnt received anything from them and they want to start paying something which i didn't use even 1 seconds. Please advise me further
