Home Choice your service is disgusting

Home Choice is bad they don't have a good customer service I have made an order with them I have made a payment on their account instead of putting my reference number I put their bank account number so they canceled my order said I haven't paid I tried explaining to them and send them the proof of payment but still I have been taken from pillar to post I don't have my order which I paid for I have consulted with my bank they confirmed that the money is paid to home Choice hope u will help me to get my refund back
