Home choice worse company ever!

I am having a horrible experience with home choice, worse company ever! You should close your doors. Its been 2 years waiting for feedback on the ***** case you are investigating, in the meantime my life is standing still! What happened to treating customers fairly? Or do you even care about complying with consumer protection laws? I would advise anyone not to ever open ab account with homechoice because once they have your details they will do as they please. I have been promised that i will get feedback for more than a year now, i am very angry and frustrated with home choice. Now i have to hire lawyers to get this case resolved, such lack of proffessionalism and customer service from this company! I am appalled

This is not my first complain about home choice and even the last time you said this and someone called and guess what and told me you investigating and you will advise of the outcome, that was last year and im still waiting and yet you have my name listed on credit bearau! I am really angry
