Home-Choice working with *********

In October I was a victim of identity ***** where someone opened an account in my name with home-choice, I requested for information regarding that purchase like what was ordered delivery address which branch, the id book used and stuff etc. I was told to go make an affidavit of which I have done only to be told the details still cant be provided to me for what I don't know.

I tried to go open a police case and obtain case number however the cops are telling e that I need to get this information first from home-choice before they can open the case. what am I expected to do to get to the bottom of this if home-choice doesn't want to come to the party and give me the required details. I have checked with the credit bureau and to my surprise it shows I have opened an account with home-choice.

Why is home-choice not removing the account in my name as it was ***** and its now affecting me negatively on my scoring. I want two things out of home choice 1stly for you guys to do the remove yourself from my name on the credit bureau as I honestly don't understand how you guys can go about opening accounts in our names it means you also working with these ********* hence you don't want to give us information and secondly I need a copy of that application along with all the details used to open the account.

I hope this time I will get proper assistance from you guys......
