Home choice will disappoint you never trust

My name is Bamose Gololo I ordered my self blankets on home choice online and they said they will deliver to my house OK,they took them 2weeks to get to me because they delivered them to the wrong address those people phoned me to come n collect my stuff n its far from me im a person who can't walk I'm using wheelchair I had to ask for people with cars and pay to go and collect them fine u did just that but when I get home the stuff is not what I wanted then I send them an SMS for return they called and said they will change them even today nothing has happened and its winter now I'm so disappointed on home choice n before it was never like his because I buy almost my stuff there,but what surprises me they deducting the money into my account I'm not happy with there survice
