HOME CHOICE UNDELIVERED ORDER

I orded a matress in January 2021,I did not recieve but Home choice is confriming that theri couries delivered the bed and I signed for it on the 18th of January 2021 around 5PM.I wrote and email telling that that I did not recieve the order neither signed for it,worse part of it I was even at home that time I was at work . They sent me a dispute and form to fill in and send it back to them together with the copy of ID and send it to ***,I did exactly tha,on 1 Feb.I waited for response,until i decided to send a follow up ,again no response.Today I decide to send another email following up ,i get a response not even from ***** dispuse ,its from *** requesting an affidavit.

My problem is that,now I'm due for payment and I'm expected to pay for something that I did not recieve,on top of that im being told about affidavit taht was not mentioned in the beggining,If I was told about it I would have done it and send it together with all documents,im not even informed or updated about the investigations,all I know is that my account is not credited ,that bed is still there and Im expected to pay for it.I had asked home choice to send me the delivery note for that bed i still have not recieved it,I have all the delivery notes for the orders i recieved from Home Choice since last year.I have been using Home Choice for years I have never experinced such,please attend to my dispute ,pleas. HOME CHOICE PLEASE REMOVE THAT BED ON MY ACCOUNT I DID NOT RECIEVE NEITHER SIGN FOR IT.
