Home choice unauthorized service fees added on accounts

Hi I have notice that my balance is going up every month at home choice.They are charging service fees I never app**** for and the statement don't reflect the 540 I pay a month but the instalment amount.Even thou I pay the I receive every month a balance that increase.They making more money by the service fees out of there customers. That is why I am taking it further to the Ombudsman.
