I am writing to express my outrage over an unauthorized order that was carried out without my consent and i am extremely concerned about this serious breach of trust and security. This situation is unacceptable!! Home choice agent sent me an order that i did not place neither did i speak with an agent nor did we have any engagement. I contacted Home choice ***** department and spoke with Siphokazi who blatantly refused to provide her surname, I explained that they sent an order that i did not authorized. She then forced me to take the order to their showroom and they will cancel an order, i refused as it will cost me money to take the parcel to their showroom and for something that is not even my fault! Siphokazi changed her story and said she will play me a recording , i advised her to go on as i know i never spoke with any agent, she then changed the story and said the agent said they received a request via SMS of which i advised her i never sent an SMS , even the number provided was not my number. She failed to assist me. I ant HOME CHOICE to pick up their parcel and clear my name. Please cancel this unauthorized immediately, launch a thorough investigation to determine how this breach occurred and please provide me with detailed explanation, Ensure my account and personal information are secured to prevent any further unauthorized activity.
