Home choice telemarketing

I am being harassed by home choice. Every now and then I receive a from one their agent trying to sell me something, even I repeated myself over and over again saying that I don't want to be called telephonic. The last caller even ahead as making a credit enquiry that I did not give permission to do( now that enquiry shows on my report.

I know where the store is, should I be in need of their products I will go in to their store or buy online. Any other correspondence should be done via the email I provided when I made my first purchase.
