Home Choice sold me a broken and alreday used ultimo stand mixer!
Early this month I placed an order for the ultimo professional stand mixer, I received it on Friday 13th February 2015. And on the 21st February 2015 I made a payment of R1725.00 at FNB! But when I opened the the parcel in hope to use the mixer I found out that it has been used before because there is dried batter on top of the mixing thing and it does not work!! And it also have no manual booklet. This shows that your purpose was to rip me off from the first place!!! <br> <br> I'm very disappointed and insulted by this gesture this company showed me! To you I'm your ******* bin where you throw your already used and broken products and also charge me for that!! Your company is not only full of ****** its a *****!!!
