On the 12 of May, I logged a case of ***** after I was advised I must write an affidavit stating my case which I did, all relevant documents were sent to the ***** department, no one contacted me which made me make some follow-ups after phoning I was told someone will phone me within 5days until this date no one contacted me, the worst part this whole thing affected my credit score since they tried deducting money from my account and I had nothing available at the time, the worst part is I didn't even know a shop called homechoice until someone opened an account using my particulars which I don't know where they got it from,i need to recover my credit score please.
