Home Choice please explain to me how I ended up with a credit enquiry recorded on 09/03/2021, information source XDS. I recall receiving two phone calls from *** and I specifically told the sales person I am not interested in opening an account. Please listen to your phone records carefully and tell me at which point I authorised your staff to run a credit check without my permission???Home Choice it is totally unacceptable for your staff to be digging up people's records to in order to meet their monthly targets. I am now sitting with an enquiry which is going to reflect on my credit profile for a period of 12 months, which I didn't even authorise. Home Choice please sort out this mess with XDS and please remove my contact details from your ********** system.
