Home choice rep off

I recently received an sms saying if i pay R962 i qualify for a 50% discount, and it will expires on the 08 of June 2020. i called customer services on the 02 of June to make sure but now i paid on the 04 of June and all of a sudden i don,t qualify for it because the consultant claims i said i will pay on the 02 of June. Home choices just want me to keep on paying a lot of money for nothing. how come now i don,t qualify for the discount now because i paid before the 08 of June and now they don,t want to send me the voice record of the 02 of June . i spoke to Boni and she was rude to me on the call.
