Home Choice Phishing Clients into Debt

i was recently called by home choice call centre to offer me items on sale. I eventually agreed on buyig curtains and iwas told i will pay R161 for 3 months which i agreed. To my suprise i got an invoice for R3300 +- with a month payment of R300 +. I sent home choice an email and called and was told to return the items. My question is how do they do this to clients selling them lies inorder to get sales and clients personal details. 2 judging by peoples complaints about home choice is my infomartion safe and how will i know that I’m not billed for this because i dont want to be listed by Home Choice for Not Paying
